About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join the Hong Loong casual fine‑dining outlet at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to guests in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

Prepare the outlet for service, including mise‑en‑place, table setting and light cleaning.
Take food and beverage orders, upsell where possible, and record sales using the point‑of‑sale system.
Serve dishes and drinks according to the Food & Beverage Manager’s standards.
Clear tables, manage dirty dishes, and maintain a clean work station.
Complete opening and closing duties and accommodate special guest requests.

Required profile

Previous experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant.
Energetic, fun‑loving attitude with a passion for hospitality.
Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
Fluent English speaker.
