About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join the Hong Loong casual fine‑dining outlet at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to guests in a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare the outlet for service, including mise‑en‑place, table setting and light cleaning.
- Take food and beverage orders, upsell where possible, and record sales using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Serve dishes and drinks according to the Food & Beverage Manager’s standards.
- Clear tables, manage dirty dishes, and maintain a clean work station.
- Complete opening and closing duties and accommodate special guest requests.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant.
- Energetic, fun‑loving attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
- Fluent English speaker.
