Waiter/Waitress – Front‑of‑House at Farriers Restaurant

About the role

The Meydan Hotel’s Farriers Restaurant is seeking a professional Waiter/Waitress to join its front‑of‑house team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm hospitality and ensuring a seamless dining experience in a high‑end hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, prepare tables and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Present menus, explain specials, and recommend food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the ordering system.
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently, following the hotel’s service sequence.
• Address dietary restrictions and communicate them to kitchen staff.
• Handle payments and guest charges with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, glassware, and utensils.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock monitoring and opening/closing procedures.
• Comply with health, hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different areas within Food & Beverage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
