About the role

The Hilton Hotel in Dubai is seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/ess (Server) to join our Food & Beverage team. You will deliver excellent guest experiences by serving meals and beverages with extensive knowledge of our menu.

Key responsibilities

Manage guest queries promptly and courteously.
Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing regulations.
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and products.
Ensure mise‑en‑place is well stocked at all floor stations.
Follow reporting procedures for any issues.
Deliver food and beverage orders to a consistently high standard and in a timely manner.
Adhere to Hilton grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health & safety legislation.

Required profile

Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Excellent grooming standards.
Flexibility to adapt to varying work situations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
