About the role
The Hilton Hotel in Dubai is seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/ess (Server) to join our Food & Beverage team. You will deliver excellent guest experiences by serving meals and beverages with extensive knowledge of our menu.
Key responsibilities
- Manage guest queries promptly and courteously.
- Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing regulations.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and products.
- Ensure mise‑en‑place is well stocked at all floor stations.
- Follow reporting procedures for any issues.
- Deliver food and beverage orders to a consistently high standard and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to Hilton grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health & safety legislation.

- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Commitment to high levels of customer service.
- Excellent grooming standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
