Waiter/Waitress – Italian Fine Dining

About the role

The Waiter/Waitress will deliver an exceptional dining experience in an upscale Italian restaurant, ensuring guests receive personalized, polished service in line with fine‑dining standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service, anticipate guest needs, and offer thoughtful recommendations.
• Maintain comprehensive menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and wine pairings, and perform tableside preparations.
• Set up tables meticulously with proper silverware, glassware, and china, and communicate orders accurately to the kitchen.
• Coordinate closely with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, well‑paced service and address guest feedback gracefully.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service certification preferred.
• Previous experience in fine‑dining or luxury hospitality environments.
• Flexible availability for weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of fine‑dining service standards, menu items, and wine pairings.
• Ability to perform tableside preparations such as carving, flambé, or dessert presentations.
