Waiter/Waitress – Laguna Beach Restaurant & Bar

About the role

Join the vibrant Laguna Beach Restaurant & Bar at Sofitel Dubai The Palm as a Waiter/Waitress. You will be part of a luxury beachfront resort team, delivering exceptional service to guests in a dynamic, French‑inspired environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the outlet for service, including mise‑en‑place, table setting, and light cleaning.
• Take food and beverage orders, upsell where appropriate, and ensure accurate entry in the POS system.
• Serve meals and drinks according to brand standards and guest specifications.
• Clear tables, transport dirty dishes, and maintain a clean work station.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Adapt to special guest requests and follow presentation guidelines set by the Food & Beverage Manager.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant setting.
• Energetic, fun‑loving personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
• Fluent English communication skills.
