About the role
We are seeking a friendly and attentive waitress to join our Italian restaurant in Downtown Dubai. You will be the face of the dining experience, serving food and beverages while ensuring guests enjoy a memorable visit.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Set tables according to event type and service standards.
- Answer menu questions and communicate special dietary needs to the kitchen.
- Record orders in the MICROS POS system and process payments accurately.
- Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and complete closing duties.
- Follow company safety policies and present a professional appearance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related waitstaff experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 kg unassisted.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the MICROS POS system.
