Warehouse Officer

About the role

ECCI is seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Warehouse Officer to support warehouse and material operations for its aerospace and defence manufacturing programmes in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage and material handling.
• Support inspection processes and ensure proper identification and traceability of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock documentation and material‑movement reports.
• Issue materials to production teams with proper documentation and tracking.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Production and Quality departments.
• Support warehouse organization and compliance with company procedures and standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Previous warehouse or stores operations experience; fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
• Good understanding of inventory control, material identification and traceability.
• Ability to maintain accurate stock records and documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in aerospace, defence or manufacturing environments is preferred.
