Wealth Support Manager

About the role

The Emirates Islamic Wealth Management unit develops and manages tailored wealth solutions for High-Net-Worth Individuals, offering Shariah-compliant investment products such as Sukuk, funds, equities and structured products. The Wealth Support Manager oversees the end-to-end trade lifecycle and supports the unit's growth, customer experience and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including execution, validation, confirmation and reconciliation across asset classes.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of investment transactions in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage trade operations, investigate discrepancies and resolve operational issues within agreed timelines.
• Monitor trade-related risks, implement controls and support audit and compliance reviews.
• Provide middle-office support, including portfolio reviews, investment reporting, corporate actions and client investment requests.
• Analyse market and portfolio data to identify opportunities, risks and performance trends.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, Wealth Specialists and other stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the team, monitor performance and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in trade execution and operations.
• Strong understanding of equity and fixed-income markets, mutual funds and structured products.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and teamwork skills; ability to work independently and under pressure.
• CISI certification is highly desirable.
