About the role
As a Welcome Desk Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests at a W Hotels property in Dubai. You will use your Russian, Italian and Spanish language skills to deliver a memorable and seamless experience throughout the guest’s stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Process operational requests, complete daily reports and handle guest inquiries.
- Provide local area information and promote hotel amenities.
- Maintain a safe, clean and professional front‑desk environment.
- Perform light physical tasks such as moving, lifting or carrying items up to 10 lb.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior hospitality experience required.
- Fluent in Russian, Italian and Spanish.
- Ability to stand, walk and perform light lifting for extended periods.
- Commitment to company policies, confidentiality and quality standards.
