About the role

Lilly’s Nujoom Al Ghad Academy offers a 12‑month graduate rotational programme exclusively for UAE nationals. Participants will gain hands‑on experience across core commercial, medical and enterprise functions within Lilly’s Gulf Affiliate, preparing them for a permanent career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key responsibilities

Rotate through multiple functions such as Sales, Market Access, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory and Corporate Affairs.
Complete structured onboarding at the start of each rotation and receive regular feedback.
Work with a dedicated mentor and peer coach throughout the programme.

Required profile

UAE national graduate (2025 or 2026) with a degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or a related field.
Strong communication skills, curiosity and genuine interest in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector.
Comfortable working in diverse, cross‑functional teams and eager to build a career in a global pharma company.
