About the role
Lilly’s Nujoom Al Ghad Academy offers a 12‑month graduate rotational programme exclusively for UAE nationals. Participants will gain hands‑on experience across core commercial, medical and enterprise functions within Lilly’s Gulf Affiliate, preparing them for a permanent career in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key responsibilities
- Rotate through multiple functions such as Sales, Market Access, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory and Corporate Affairs.
- Complete structured onboarding at the start of each rotation and receive regular feedback.
- Work with a dedicated mentor and peer coach throughout the programme.
Required profile
- UAE national graduate (2025 or 2026) with a degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, curiosity and genuine interest in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector.
- Comfortable working in diverse, cross‑functional teams and eager to build a career in a global pharma company.
