3D Designer for Events and Exhibitions

About the role

ONE Events & Experiences is seeking a creative 3D Designer to transform client briefs into compelling spatial concepts for events, exhibitions, and brand activations in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 3D concepts based on client briefs and project requirements.
• Create high‑quality visualisations and presentations for exhibition stands, event spaces, stages and experiential environments.
• Apply knowledge of materials, lighting, scale, detailing and spatial composition to ensure designs are both visually impressive and buildable.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to align designs with technical and production standards.
• Manage projects from initial concept through final presentation, ensuring technical feasibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in 3D Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Design or a related field.
• Proven hands‑on experience in the events and exhibitions industry, including exhibition stands and brand activations.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant event, exhibition and experiential projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 3ds Max.
• Experience with rendering software.
• Solid 3D modelling, rendering techniques, materials and lighting knowledge.
• Understanding of event production processes and buildability requirements.
