Accommodation Attendant

About the role

The Accommodation Attendant supports Hilton’s Human Resources team in Dubai by ensuring that employee housing is clean, ready and well‑managed. This role combines housekeeping, inventory control and administrative support to create a comfortable home‑away‑from‑home for team members.

Key responsibilities

• Clean accommodation rooms and apartments after off‑boarding and as required.
• Address maintenance and cleanliness issues promptly to maintain high standards.
• Prepare apartments for new hires, ensuring they are ready for occupancy.
• Conduct regular inspections of team‑member apartments according to established cleanliness standards.
• Perform apartment inspections during off‑boarding, collect keys and facilitate smooth transitions.
• Coordinate accommodation availability with the HR Director for new hires and departing staff.
• Implement and manage pest‑control measures, including liaising with external pest‑control services and educating team members.
• Maintain accurate records of apartment assignments, cleaning schedules and occupancy status.
• Manage accommodation inventory, stores and report to the HR Director.
• Oversee building and parking access cards.
• Organise and maintain HR office stores, archives and filing areas.
• Keep the HR office, pantry and common areas clean and organised.
• Ensure recreation areas are tidy, stocked and ready for use.
• Assist the HR Director with hospitality arrangements such as preparing coffee, tea and refreshments for meetings and visitors.
• Coordinate team‑member transportation schedules and support restaurant operations.
• Perform general office administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the HR Director.
