Accommodation Cleaner – Hotel

About the role

We are currently seeking an Accommodation Cleaner to join our vibrant team at Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across guest accommodations and common areas, ensuring a memorable stay for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all common areas of and around the accommodation daily, weekly, or fortnightly according to the checklist.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times, especially in the Recreation Room.
• Report and follow‑up on any repair or maintenance requests for the accommodation.
• Communicate any associate complaints regarding the accommodation to the HR Director or HR Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + years experience as an accommodation cleaner.
• Pro‑active, hands‑on approach with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and listening skills, able to work collaboratively at all levels.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
