Accommodation Cleaner

About the role

We are seeking an Accommodation Cleaner to join our vibrant team at Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across accommodation areas to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all common areas of the accommodation daily, weekly, or fortnightly according to the checklist.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times, especially in the Recreation Room.
• Report any repair or maintenance requirements immediately and follow up on pending requests.
• Communicate any accommodation-related complaints from associates to the HR Director or HR Manager.

Required profile

• Pro‑active with a hands‑on approach and passion for the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and listening skills with personal integrity.
• Ability to manage work, meet assigned tasks, and handle challenging priorities.
• Good maintenance skills and ability to collaborate at all levels within the department.
