Account Director, Middle East

About the role

Reporting to the Commercial Director – Middle East & Africa, the Account Director – Middle East will drive commercial performance across a portfolio of strategic accounts for Kerzner International’s luxury hospitality brands, including Atlantis, One&Only, SIRO and Rare Finds. The role is execution‑led, combining account strategy, negotiation and performance discipline to deliver revenue growth and long‑term partner value.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a defined portfolio of strategic global, regional or market accounts in line with regional commercial priorities.
• Develop, implement and maintain Account Development Plans aligned to enterprise strategy and the regional commercial plan.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth, market‑share expansion and business‑mix optimisation, focusing on ADR, suites, villas and high‑value segments.
• Lead contract negotiations and agreements within Kerzner’s governance framework.
• Manage joint marketing and promotional investments, ensuring clear ROI.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with key partners across travel trade, consortia, leisure and luxury ecosystems.
• Represent Kerzner professionally at client meetings, trade events, familiarisation trips and industry forums.
