Account Executive - Influencer Marketing

About the role

Alined Creative is seeking an Account Executive specialized in influencer marketing to join its fast‑growing boutique agency in Dubai. You will own end‑to‑end influencer campaigns, collaborate with creators, clients and internal teams, and help shape a modern content and talent ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage influencer marketing campaigns from brief to reporting, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate creator outreach, negotiations, contracts and onboarding.
• Review content for brand alignment before client submission.
• Monitor performance, compile insights and support reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators and talent managers; source talent that matches client objectives.
• Assist the Account Manager with client communications, proposals, presentations and strategic ideas.
• Contribute to pitches, maintain campaign trackers, handle contracts and invoices, and keep documentation organized.
