Account Executive

About the role

Noon is building a fast‑growing e‑commerce ecosystem across the Middle East. We are looking for a proactive, organised Account Executive to support local businesses participating in the Mahali program, helping them launch and grow their online stores on our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of Mahali sellers and act as their primary point of contact.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups via WhatsApp, email, calls and meetings.
• Train sellers on Seller Lab and essential noon processes.
• Assist sellers with catalog, pricing, promotions, inventory, and overall platform guidance.
• Monitor seller performance, identify improvement opportunities and track key milestones such as onboarding completion and sales growth.
• Coordinate with Onboarding, Operations, Finance, Content and other internal teams to resolve seller issues.
• Escalate open cases when necessary and help sellers become independent in managing their business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, E‑commerce, Entrepreneurship or a related field.
• At least 12 months of experience in account management, sales or business development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse business owners.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of a seller portfolio.
