Account Executive – Middle East (VP III)

About the role

State Street Investment Management is seeking a senior sales professional to join its Middle East & Africa client coverage team in Dubai. The Account Executive will drive new revenue, deepen existing relationships, and promote the firm’s full suite of investment solutions across institutional client segments.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow an existing sales pipeline while executing the annual sales strategy.
• Retain and expand business with central banks, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and other institutional investors.
• Collaborate with investment, research, and marketing teams to deliver consultative solutions.
• Lead RFP processes, product information gathering, and client‑centric research.
• Develop business cases for new product ideas and work with product development.
• Monitor product performance and liaise with portfolio strategists to ensure proactive client engagement.
• Maintain fiduciary standards and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

Required profile

• Academic background in finance, economics, business or a related field.
• CFA or CAIA charter holder or candidate (or equivalent qualification).
• Proven experience in sales or business development within financial services, preferably with institutional investors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse cultures in the MEA region.
