Account Executive – New Business (Middle East)

About the role

This is a pure new‑business role. You own a defined territory and named‑account set, the pipeline you create within it, and the commercial outcome of every deal you run, from the first conversation to signature. The deals are multi‑stakeholder, multi‑site, six to nine months in length, with initial values of £25k‑£100k and clear multi‑country expansion potential.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline and territory plan to meet a new‑business quota.
• Qualify opportunities to MEDDICC standards, develop quantified business cases and secure access to economic buyers.
• Lead multi‑threaded deal execution, ensuring deals survive sponsor changes and protecting price through value‑based negotiation.
• Land first wins with scoped expansion paths and hand over to Customer Success for growth.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, surface risks early and contribute to sales playbooks.

Required profile

• Five or more years of B2B software or complex technology sales experience, with a proven record of new‑business quota attainment.
• Demonstrated over‑performance in pipeline creation, deal closing and ranking within sales teams.
• Ability to articulate end‑to‑end deal journeys, including buying group development and win/loss analysis.
• Business‑level proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Structured selling approach using MEDDICC or a comparable methodology.
