Account Manager – Arabic & English Speaker

About the role

We are seeking an organized, client‑focused Account Manager who will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. The role ensures smooth coordination of projects and deliverables across creative, design, social media, content, production, and project management functions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Gather and translate client requirements, briefs, objectives, and expectations to internal teams.
• Manage day‑to‑day client communication, including meetings, follow‑ups, approvals, and feedback.
• Prepare clear briefs and ensure all teams understand scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, action plans, trackers, and status updates.
• Identify additional client needs and coordinate appropriate internal solutions.
• Assist in preparing proposals, scopes of work, quotations, presentations, and client reports.
• Monitor scope of work and flag requests that fall outside approved parameters.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, marketing, advertising, or a similar agency role.
• Strong client‑facing and communication abilities in both Arabic and English.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset with internal cross‑functional teams.
• Based in Abu Dhabi with immediate availability preferred.
