Account Manager - Arabic Speaker

About the role

As an Account Manager at Talabat, you will be the primary liaison for restaurant and vendor partners, helping them maximise their performance on the platform and grow sales. The role focuses on building strong relationships, providing data‑driven advice and ensuring partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
• Analyse sales, menu and operational data to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Deliver regular business reviews and actionable recommendations.
• Identify upsell and cross‑promotion opportunities to increase partner revenue.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Logistics and Operations teams to resolve issues and launch campaigns.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with service‑level standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management or partner success, preferably in food‑tech, FMCG or e‑commerce.
• Fluency in Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Customer‑first mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
