Account Manager – Business Intelligence

About the role

The Account Manager – Business Intelligence will drive growth of Dow Jones Risk & Compliance solutions across the Middle East, focusing on new business acquisition and portfolio expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, develop and close new business for the full Risk & Compliance product portfolio.
• Manage existing client portfolio to ensure retention and increase contract value.
• Collaborate with senior management and marketing to align events, PR and branding with sales objectives.
• Analyse customer needs and match appropriate Risk & Compliance solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years selling to financial institutions and government entities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Degree‑level education.
• Experience selling information or compliance tools to senior decision‑makers.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of regional compliance regulations.
• Ability to drive new business opportunities and upsell existing customers.
• Strong influencing and negotiation capabilities.
