Account Manager (Chinese Language)

About the role

ARRISE is looking for a bilingual Account Manager to manage a portfolio of iGaming clients. You will act as the main point of contact, support onboarding, and help grow long‑term partnerships across the Chinese‑speaking market.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Guide clients through onboarding, integrations, and product launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client needs.
• Collect, organize, and share promotional offers from providers.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to drive revenue.
• Provide regular KPI updates and performance reports.
• Monitor the iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities.
• Resolve client issues quickly to maintain service excellence.
• Participate in industry events and client meetings as required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success within iGaming.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and growing accounts.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive, adaptable, and professional attitude.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• CRM/project management tools (experience with any CRM is a plus)
