Account Manager - Financial Services

About the role

Kama Capital Securities is looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join its growing team in Dubai, UAE. The role maintains and expands relationships with key clients, ensures their satisfaction, manages day-to-day account activities and drives sales by finding new business opportunities. It works closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients
• Drive client acquisition and retention strategies
• Promote trading products and services to clients
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Convert leads from the Marketing team into clients
• Lead the creation and delivery of new business presentations
• Develop and implement account strategies and negotiate contracts to maximise profit
• Grow portfolio sales volume and revenue
• Provide professional support and market insights, and share client feedback with internal teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing and customer support

Required profile

• Proven sales experience is a must
• A background in financial markets, brokerage, forex or financial services is a plus
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
