Account Manager - Fine Fragrance

As an Account Manager – Fine Fragrance you will contribute to sales growth initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to customers. The role is based in the Creative Center in Dubai, UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Support building knowledge of market, customer environment, strategies, brands and consumers.
• Drive sustainable profitable sales and market‑share growth by identifying customer needs, opportunities and risks.
• Build long‑term customer relationships and deliver solutions aligned with corporate strategy.
• Understand customer decision‑making criteria and regulatory requirements.
• Lead strategic commercial negotiations including pricing, payment terms, rebates and supply agreements.
• Communicate account plans and engage internal stakeholders.
• Manage reactive and proactive customer project pipelines such as country and consumer studies.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in the fragrance industry.
• Experience working with international, cross‑cultural and cross‑functional teams.
• Open‑minded, agile and able to deliver under pressure.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on bottom‑line results.
• Strong influencing skills across all organizational levels.
