Account Manager

About the role

A highly reputed marketing agency in Dubai is building a dedicated account team to manage a high-profile client relationship. The Account Manager will lead a four-brand pod, acting as the senior day-to-day point of contact and translating strategic direction into disciplined, on-time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for four assigned brands, ensuring proactive and professional client communication.
• Translate client requests into complete, actionable briefs covering objectives, audience, deliverables, timelines, mandatory claims, CTA and approvals.
• Manage the pod’s Job Status Report, Asana board, weekly WIP review, risk log, approval tracker and delivery forecast.
• Coordinate Strategy, Creative, Social, Community Management, Copy, Design, Motion, Production, Reporting and QC resources across the pod.
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars, campaign pipelines and reactive workstreams.
• Protect scope, SLAs and revision limits, escalating scope creep, delays and dependencies early.
• Run quality gates before work reaches the client, checking brand, copy, claims, language and format.
• Coach and delegate tasks to the Account Executive and contribute to quarterly business reviews and portfolio recommendations.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) – non-negotiable.
• 5–7 years of agency account-management experience, including at least 2 years running multi-brand or multi-market retainers.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal car.
• UAE work eligibility (or ability to secure it).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides skills.
