Account Manager

About the role

TrendAI, the AI security leader of Trend Micro, is looking for an Account Manager in Abu Dhabi to drive new client acquisition and grow existing accounts in the UAE. You will work closely with technical, channel partner and marketing teams to create selling strategies and become a trusted advisor for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and proactively target prospects and existing clients to drive adoption of Trend Micro technologies and services.
• Develop market strategies for each product, collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing and sales heads, and present value propositions to CIOs, CISOs and senior executives.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets and contribute to regional sales performance.
• Maintain account information in Salesforce, forecast revenue and plan account activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with ecosystem partners such as AWS, Microsoft, VMware and Google.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of sales experience, preferably in the security industry.
• Proven account management experience in a commercial B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR) and platforms (SIEM, SOAR).
• Experience working with senior executives (CIO, CISO) and channel partners.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SPIN, TAS) are a plus.
