Account Manager – Jewelry & Watch Events

About the role

The Account Manager will drive commercial growth for the International Jewelry and Watch Shows (JWS) across the GCC, securing strategic partnerships, sponsors and exhibitors while expanding the event’s presence in the jewellery, watch and retail sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure sponsorships, exhibitors, and strategic partners.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow event participation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in jewellery, watch and apparel retail.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform outreach efforts.
• Represent International Jewelry and Watch Shows at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or partnerships within the events industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Knowledge of the GCC market and regional business practices.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Results‑driven with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
