Account Manager – Software & Geosciences

About the role

The Account Manager will focus on regional accounts using Seequent software for geological modelling, analysis, visualization and decision‑making. The role aims to drive sustainable, long‑term sales growth in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Manager, Account Management to align sales activities with company growth targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all activity within assigned accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Understand customers' technical challenges and arrange meetings with appropriate Seequent experts.
• Lead negotiations and close B2B sales contracts.
• Act as a CRM champion, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and forecasting.
• Participate in monthly sales and annual target forecasting for assigned accounts.
• Provide regular usage reports and lead quarterly client catch‑up meetings.
• Work with Sales and Technical Solutions teams to assess and prioritize pipeline opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales experience in software and/or geosciences.
• Proven enterprise sales and solution‑selling capability.
• Strong account‑management and negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and decision‑making abilities.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
• Native Arabic speaker; proficiency in Turkish and/or French is a plus.
