About the role
The company seeks an experienced Accountant to manage end‑to‑end accounting processes for its construction activities in Abu Dhabi. The role involves month‑end and year‑end closings, tax computation, and financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Perform monthly and quarterly closings, including journal bookings and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, tax returns and periodic management reports.
- Handle employee expense reimbursements, business trip settlements and corporate credit‑card transaction monitoring.
- Audit financial transactions and document internal control procedures.
Required profile
- B.Com degree with at least 3‑4 years of accounting experience in the construction sector.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and ability to secure financial data.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software.
- Knowledge of general accounting, bookkeeping and corporate finance principles.
