Accountant – Full‑time in Dubai

About the role

ABACA Auditing and Accounting L.L.C is seeking a qualified Accountant to support its financial operations in Dubai. The role focuses on daily bookkeeping, ledger management, inventory tracking and ensuring accurate financial records in line with internal controls and UAE regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger accounts, record journal entries and perform routine bookkeeping updates.
• Track inventory records, monitor stock movements and conduct reconciliation audits.
• Assist with accounts payable processing, accounts receivable tracking and bank statement reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, trial balances and periodic management reports.
• Ensure accurate documentation for UAE VAT compliance and align processes with standard accounting policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct accounting experience within the UAE.
• High proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
