Accountant – Health & Wellness Clinic – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our fast‑growing health and wellness clinic in Dubai. The role involves handling all day‑to‑day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate records and compliance with UAE tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting and bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts and expenses.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and credit‑card reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports including profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Monitor clinic revenue, operating expenses and outstanding payments.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Maintain petty cash, expense reporting and support payroll preparation.
• Manage supplier and vendor payment schedules.
• Assist with UAE VAT calculations, filings and corporate tax reporting.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, suppliers and external accountants as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks.
• Previous experience as an Accountant or finance professional.
• Good knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
