Accountant – Interior Design & Construction Firm

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Accountant to join our Dubai office located in Al Quoz 3. You will support the financial health of a design‑and‑build studio that delivers bespoke interior fit‑out projects.

Key responsibilities

• Record and reconcile all financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Prepare periodic financial statements, management reports and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Develop and monitor budgets, perform variance analysis and support strategic forecasting.
• Process payroll, manage employee benefits and ensure timely tax withholdings.
• Handle vendor invoices, payments and maintain accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and coordinate external audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
• Experience in accounting within construction, interior design or related sectors is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
