About the role
We are partnering with a leading automotive company in Abu Dhabi to find a diligent Accountant to join their finance team. The role involves handling day‑to‑day accounting operations and supporting the preparation of accurate financial statements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable cycles, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger with precision.
- Prepare regular financial forecasts and assist in budgeting processes.
- Ensure all accounting entries comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Produce periodic financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and solid financial reporting skills.
- Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).
- Previous experience working in the UAE is preferred.
