About the role
GFS Developments is seeking a qualified Accountant to join its expanding team in Dubai. The role involves supporting daily financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to monthly reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Record financial transactions accurately and timely.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain account balances.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support monthly financial closing and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in Dubai/UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to join immediately.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Knowledge of AP/AR processes and bank reconciliations.
