About the role
Best Solution is hiring an Accountant in Dubai on a full-time basis. The role leads and manages the Accounts Department and covers financial reporting, compliance with UAE tax regulations and support for senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Accounts Department
- Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations
- Review and approve financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Monitor receivables, payables and cash flow
- Coordinate with auditors, FTA and other regulatory authorities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
- Implement financial controls and compliance procedures
- Support senior management with financial insights and strategy
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT
- Experience managing finance teams
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Excel
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
