Accountant

About the role

A premium automotive detailing and paint protection facility in Dubai is looking for a qualified, detail-oriented Accountant to manage its financial operations. The role covers bookkeeping, financial reporting, cash flow monitoring and regulatory compliance, while supporting management with budgeting and cost control. The position is full-time, based in Dubai, with an estimated salary of AED 6,000 to AED 9,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping and financial record keeping.
• Monitor cash flow, process bank transactions and carry out regular bank reconciliations.
• Track daily sales, customer collections, outstanding receivables and supplier payments.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, profit and loss reports and management accounts.
• Handle payroll processing, business expenses and payment schedules.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Assist management with budgeting, financial planning and cost control.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and meet reporting deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Experience with cash flow monitoring, cost control, receivables and payables management.
• Analytical, organisational and reporting skills with strong attention to detail.
