About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The role involves managing day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare invoices.
- Generate financial reports and support month‑end closing.
- Ensure proper application of UAE VAT and adhere to local accounting standards.
- Utilise Odoo Accounting for transaction processing and reporting.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Dubai or the UAE.
- Strong attention to detail, organized and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Expert‑level proficiency with Odoo Accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
