Accountant - Manufacturing (Odoo ERP)

About the role

A manufacturing company in Dubai is looking for a qualified Accountant to join its finance team. The role covers daily accounting, accurate financial records, month-end reporting and compliance with accounting procedures. Candidates with inventory accounting experience and a valid UAE driving licence are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and keep accurate financial records.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payments and receipts.
• Process financial transactions using Odoo ERP.
• Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Manage inventory-related accounting transactions and support BOM preparation.
• Support internal and external audits and keep proper financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and UAE requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience in inventory management and BOM preparation.
• Good knowledge of general accounting, bookkeeping, AP, AR and reconciliations.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Required skills

• Hands-on Odoo ERP experience (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
