About the role
We are seeking a motivated Accountant to join our finance team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves handling day‑to‑day financial transactions, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, and supporting the preparation of financial reports for the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Post accounting transactions and prepare cheques.
- Validate and post sales and supplier invoices.
- Perform bank reconciliations and follow up with other departments as needed.
- Generate periodic financial reports and assist with month‑end closing.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the direct manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements.
- UAE national status with a family book.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
