Accountant – UAE Tax & Visa Specialist

About the role

Umm Saqeem Traditional Kitchen is looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented Accountant to join our team. The role combines core accounting duties with company administrative responsibilities, covering UAE tax compliance and employee visa processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare financial reports, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Manage UAE VAT preparation and filing.
• Manage UAE Corporate Tax registration, preparation, and filing.
• Handle company administrative responsibilities.
• Coordinate employee visa and UAE government‑related processes.
• Maintain employee and company documentation.
• Assist with payroll and other accounting duties.
• Coordinate with management, suppliers, employees, and government authorities.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of relevant UAE accounting experience.
• Proven experience in UAE VAT filing.
• Experience with UAE Corporate Tax.
• Experience with UAE visa and administrative processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting and tax requirements.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid UAE driving licence (advantage).
• Male candidates preferred.
