About the role
The Accounting Generalist will join the finance team of Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi, supporting shared‑service accounting functions and ensuring compliance with local and corporate policies.
Key responsibilities
- Handle tasks within the Capgemini Business Process Outsource (BPO) shared‑services module, including general cashier duties, accounts payable and income processing.
- Train operations staff on standard accounting practices as needed.
- Assist in other accounting areas such as accounts receivable when required.
Required profile
- 2 to 5 years of finance experience in a 5‑star luxury hotel or resort.
- College graduate in Accounting or Finance (preferable).
- Ability to work in accordance with local and corporate policies and adapt to varying office structures.
Required skills
- Experience with Capgemini or similar shared‑service accounting modules.
- Knowledge of general cashier functions, accounts payable, and income processing.
