Accounting Generalist – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Accounting Generalist will support Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi’s shared services finance function, handling cash, accounts payable and income processes while ensuring compliance with local and corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tasks within the Capgemini Business Process Outsource (BPO) shared‑services module, including general cashier, accounts payable and income.
• Train operational teams on standard accounting practices.
• Ensure all activities comply with local regulations and corporate procedures.
• Adapt responsibilities as the accounting office structure evolves.
• Assist other accounting areas such as accounts receivable when needed.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of finance experience in a 5‑star luxury hotel or resort.
• Experience with Capgemini or a similar shared‑services accounting platform.
• College degree in Accounting or Finance (preferable).
