Accounts and Finance Manager

About the role

Technomak Modular Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to join its headquarters in the UAE. This leadership role is ideal for finance professionals with extensive accounting, audit, and financial management experience who can oversee financial operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities and prepare financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Lead statutory, internal, and external audits while coordinating with auditors and resolving audit findings.
• Develop project budgets, monitor cost-to-complete, prepare forecasts, and analyze budget variances.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and financial guarantees.
• Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while driving continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including managerial responsibilities.
• Hands‑on experience managing statutory, internal, and external audits.
• Strong knowledge of audit planning, financial controls, compliance, and audit observation management.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting.
• Previous experience within Oil & Gas, EPC, construction, contracting, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
