Accounts and Finance Manager – UAE

About the role

Technomak Modular Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee financial operations at its UAE headquarters. The role includes financial reporting, budgeting, project cost control, cash‑flow management, audit coordination and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate‑tax, and statutory‑reporting requirements.
• Lead statutory, internal, and external audits.
• Coordinate with auditors and resolve audit findings.
• Develop project budgets and monitor cost‑to‑complete.
• Prepare forecasts and analyze budget variances.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and financial guarantees.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
• Improve finance processes and internal controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including management responsibilities.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with statutory, internal and external audits.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, corporate tax and internal controls.
• Experience in project‑based sectors such as Oil & Gas, EPC, construction, contracting or infrastructure (preferred).
