Accounts Coordinator

About the role

The Accounts Coordinator manages financial transactions related to fuel and handling, works with suppliers and vendors, ensures timely invoicing and keeps accurate records. The role needs strong coordination and communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask and a good understanding of trip support operations.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up proactively with fuel and handling suppliers and vendors to obtain invoices on time, and check that they match agreed rates and services.
• Receive and review trip files from the Operations team and distribute them to the Billing division for timely processing.
• Maintain proper filing and organisation of trip-related financial documents.
• Update the ERP system accurately so that all relevant trip financial details are recorded correctly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good understanding of invoicing, reconciliation and financial documentation processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and stay accurate in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, coordination and follow-through, and time management.
• Problem solving and collaboration across teams to support the billing cycle and vendor relationships.
