About the role
Gateway Resources FZCO, a Dubai‑based trading company in the scrap rubber and end‑of‑life tyre sector, is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage day‑to‑day accounting, banking and compliance activities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain bookkeeping, execute monthly closing and prepare financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and vendor payments.
- Process invoices and shipping documents such as Bills of Lading.
- Prepare VAT returns, corporate tax records and support audits.
- Run monthly payroll through the WPS system.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE, preferably in a trading company.
- Strong knowledge of ledger reconciliation and accurate, fast data entry.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Tally ERP‑9.
